We take pride in providing ethically sourced, high-quality raw and virgin hair. Each product description is written to reflect the true quality, origin, and texture of our hair.

However, due to the nature of natural human hair:

  • Each bundle or wig may vary slightly in colour, texture, or pattern.

  • Please note that because our hair is 100% human and naturally sourced, slight variations in texture, colour, or pattern may occur from batch to batch. All photos on our website showcase authentic Capelli Amore products, though lighting and styling may create minor visual differences.

  • All items are custom-made or sourced per order, unless stated as ready to ship.

 

3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed securely through our website using verified payment partners (e.g., Shopify, Klarna, PayPal, or Stripe).
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for suspected fraud, misuse, or stock issues.
  • Orders are not confirmed until full payment has been received.

 

4. Processing & Shipping

  • Processing time: 7–14 working days for bundles; 14–30 working days for custom wigs or coloured hair.
  • Shipping: Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • International Orders: Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to hygiene and the nature of our products:

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once hair has been received or installed.
  • If you believe you have received the wrong or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
  • Issues reported after 48 hours will not be eligible for review.
  • Refunds or replacements (if approved) will be issued at our discretion.

6. Wig Customisation & Colouring

  • Custom-coloured or made-to-order wigs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Colour results may vary based on lighting, natural undertones of the hair, and digital display settings.
  • We recommend professional installation and colouring by a qualified stylist for best results.

7. Promotions, Discounts & Gift Cards

•  Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

  • Promotional codes are valid for limited periods and must be entered at checkout.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.💴
