Refund & Order Policy

At Capelli Amore, every unit is crafted with care, precision, and attention to detail. Our hair is not mass-produced each piece is bespoke and made-to-order, ensuring that you receive a product of exceptional quality prepared especially for you. Because of this personalised process, all sales are final.

We kindly ask all customers to review our policies below before placing an order to ensure a smooth experience:

1. No Refunds for Change of Mind

Each order begins production the moment it is placed. For this reason, we are unable to accept cancellations or refunds due to a change of mind. Please ensure you are completely confident in your chosen hair type, origin, density, length, and sizing before completing your purchase.

2. Occasion-Based Orders

We understand many clients purchase hair to celebrate special occasions. However, Capelli Amore units are designed as a long-term investment, not a last-minute purchase. Refunds are not available if your order does not arrive in time for an event.

If you are purchasing for a specific date, we strongly recommend placing your order online at least 4 weeks in advance and reviewing our delivery times carefully.

3. Shipping Delays

We ship exclusively with trusted courier partners to provide secure and efficient delivery worldwide. While we do our best to ensure timely arrivals, unforeseen courier delays may occasionally occur. Refunds will not be issued for delays outside of our control, so we recommend allowing extra time where possible when ordering.

4. Customisation & Styling

Capelli Amore is a hair vendor, not a stylist. All wigs are pre-made and pre-plucked but will not arrive fully customised as seen in styled photos. The final touches such as cutting, layering, and baby hairs should be completed by your stylist to achieve your desired look.

5. Coloured Wigs

For coloured wigs, please note that while we offer a wide range of shades, slight variations may occur due to the natural differences in donor hair. No two units can ever be exactly the same, but colours will be at least a 90%–100% match to the requested shade.

6. Defects or Errors

On the rare occasion that a mistake occurs (such as receiving the wrong item or a verified defect), we will work swiftly to correct the issue by providing an exchange or replacement. Refunds are not offered in these cases.

A “defect” refers to a clear error such as:

  • Receiving a completely different colour than ordered (e.g. Jet Black instead of Colour 2, or Jet Black instead of Colour 613)
  • Receiving a different hair pattern than ordered (e.g. straight hair instead of deep wave hair)
  • Receiving the wrong item entirely


Any concerns regarding defects must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your order, accompanied by clear photo or video evidence, so our team can review and resolve the matter promptly. Please note that once hair has been installed, altered, or styled, it is no longer eligible to be considered defective.
