Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, Every order includes a tracking number which will be provided via email or text once your order is fulfilled.
How long does shipping take?
Orders will be shipped by DHL or FedEx. As a bespoke handmade to order item, delivery can take 14+ working days.
Klarna orders can take an additional 7 working days due to processing.
How much is delivery?
Free worldwide delivery on all orders over £250.

How can I track my order?
We will send you a tracking number to your email once your package has been despatched. Please track your order using our tracking page.
Do you offer refunds?
Please check your order to ensure you have ordered the correct hair type/origin/density.
Due to this being bespoke item & for hygiene reasons, our products are non-refundable unless we have made a mistake/defect. We are happy to work with you to fix any issues.

Where does your hair come from?
Our hair is sourced from various countries across Asia, including Vietnam, Cambodia, and India, as well as from our partners in South America, such as Peru and Brazil.
How is your hair processed?
The hair is sent in bulk to our factory in China, where it is sorted, washed, and crafted into wefts. This is done through both hand-stitching and machine wefting processes to ensure the highest quality.
Where is your hair manufactured?
All our products are shipped directly from our factory in China. This is because we do not have a factory in England, our home country, where there is a shortage of skilled workers capable of mass-producing hair at the quality and scale we require. Shipping from China allows us to maintain efficiency and meet the high demands of our customers.
