Do you provide tracking information?

How long does shipping take?
We know how exciting it is to order new hair, and we want the process to feel just as smooth as your bundles and wigs will look. Every piece is handmade with care, so we keep our delivery times transparent and simple. From the moment you order, we guide your hair through each stage
payment, production, and shipping so you know exactly what to expect.
Every order is handled with the same care and attention to detail that goes into creating your hair. We work exclusively with DHL Express and FedEx International Express, trusted partners who ensure your delivery is fast and secure worldwide. Because each piece is handmade and bespoke, production begins three working days after your payment has been confirmed giving our team the time to craft something truly special and made especially for you.
Production Times
After the 3-day payment processing window, production times are as follows:
- Bundles (Straight & Body Wave – Natural 1B): 1–2 working days
- Coloured Hair bundles : Colour #2: 3–7 working days
- Curly Patterns (Bundles or Wigs): Around 5-10 working days
- Wigs & Custom Wig Orders: 7–14 working days
- Custom Colours: 7–21 working days, depending on lightness and complexity
Delivery Times (After Shipment)
Once your order has been shipped from our factory DHL/FedEx delivery times are:
- UK & Europe: 2–5 working days
- USA & Canada: 3–5 working days
- Middle East: 3–7 working days
- Africa: 5–10 working days (customs may cause additional delays)
- Asia-Pacific (outside China): 2–6 working days
- South America: 7–12 working days
These are estimated courier times. Customs clearance, local handling, or public holidays in your country may cause delays.

At Capelli Amore, every unit is crafted with care, precision, and attention to detail. Our hair is not mass-produced each piece is bespoke and made-to-order, ensuring that you receive a product of exceptional quality prepared especially for you. Because of this personalised process, all sales are final.
We kindly ask all customers to review our policies below before placing an order to ensure a smooth experience:
1. No Refunds for Change of Mind
Each order begins production the moment it is placed. For this reason, we are unable to accept cancellations or refunds due to a change of mind. Please ensure you are completely confident in your chosen hair type, origin, density, length, and sizing before completing your purchase.
2. Occasion-Based Orders
We understand many clients purchase hair to celebrate special occasions. However, Capelli Amore units are designed as a long-term investment, not a last-minute purchase. Refunds are not available if your order does not arrive in time for an event.
If you are purchasing for a specific date, we strongly recommend placing your order online at least 4 weeks in advance and reviewing our delivery times carefully.
For urgent orders, you may also use our Fast Shipping Service by contacting us directly via WhatsApp at +44 7538 063253. With this service, your order will be processed immediately without standard waiting times, giving you the fastest route to receiving your unit.
3. Shipping Delays
We ship exclusively with trusted courier partners to provide secure and efficient delivery worldwide. While we do our best to ensure timely arrivals, unforeseen courier delays may occasionally occur. Refunds will not be issued for delays outside of our control, so we recommend allowing extra time where possible when ordering.
4. Customisation & Styling
Capelli Amore is a hair vendor, not a stylist. All wigs are pre-made and pre-plucked but will not arrive fully customised as seen in styled photos. The final touches such as cutting, layering, and baby hairs should be completed by your stylist to achieve your desired look.
5. Coloured Wigs
For coloured wigs, please note that while we offer a wide range of shades, slight variations may occur due to the natural differences in donor hair. No two units can ever be exactly the same, but colours will be at least a 90%–100% match to the requested shade.
6. Defects or Errors
On the rare occasion that a mistake occurs (such as receiving the wrong item or a verified defect), we will work swiftly to correct the issue by providing an exchange or replacement. Refunds are not offered in these cases.
A “defect” refers to a clear error such as:
- Receiving a completely different colour than ordered (e.g. Jet Black instead of Colour 2, or Jet Black instead of Colour 613)
- Receiving a different hair pattern than ordered (e.g. straight hair instead of deep wave hair)
- Receiving the wrong item entirely
Any concerns regarding defects must be reported within 72 hours of receiving your order, accompanied by clear photo or video evidence, so our team can review and resolve the matter promptly. Please note that once hair has been installed, altered, or styled, it is no longer eligible to be considered defective.

Where does your hair come from?
Our hair is sourced from various countries across Asia, including Vietnam, Cambodia, and India, as well as from our partners in South America, such as Peru and Brazil.
How is your hair processed?
The hair is sent in bulk to our factory in China, where it is sorted, washed, and crafted into wefts. This is done through both hand-stitching and machine wefting processes to ensure the highest quality.
Where is your hair manufactured?
All our products are shipped directly from our factory in China. This is because we do not have a factory in England, our home country, where there is a shortage of skilled workers capable of mass-producing hair at the quality and scale we require. Shipping from China allows us to maintain efficiency and meet the high demands of our customers.
Will my wig arrive already bleached or fully styled
All Capelli Amore wigs are sold pre-made and pre-plucked only. They do not arrive bleached, tinted, or fully customised with baby hairs or styling. The images shown feature units styled by professional hairstylists after purchase, to demonstrate the full potential of our wigs. Any additional customisation such as bleaching knots, tinting, cutting, or adding baby hairs should be completed by your stylist.

Are your wigs ready-to-wear?
Our wigs are sold pre-made and pre-plucked, which means they arrive in a natural state ready for your stylist to customise. They do not come fully styled, bleached, or with baby hairs. The photos shown on our website and Instagram feature wigs styled by professional hairstylists to demonstrate their full potential.
For the best results, we always recommend taking your unit to a stylist, who can bleach the knots (if desired), add baby hairs, cut, tint, or style the wig to your personal preference.
How long will my wig or bundles last?
Capelli Amore hair is crafted from Grade 12A virgin and raw hair, one of the highest quality options on the market. With the right care, our wigs and bundles are designed to last for years.
- Virgin Hair (Grade 12A): typically lasts 2–3 years with proper maintenance.
- Raw Hair (Grade 12A): can last 5 years or more, thanks to its strength, purity, and durability.
We also offer two ranges to suit different preferences:
- Affordable Range (Single-Drawn): natural look, slightly varied thickness from root to tip, still high-quality Grade 12A hair but with fewer bundle options.
- Premium Range (Double-Drawn): fuller look, consistent thickness from root to tip, ideal for those who prefer maximum volume and density.
To maximise longevity, we recommend gentle washing, using sulphate-free products, and storing your unit carefully when not in use. Treat your hair as you would your own natural hair, and it will continue to look beautiful for years to come.
What is the difference between the Affordable Range and the Premium Range?
At Capelli Amore, both our Affordable and Premium collections are crafted with Grade 12A hair, ensuring luxury quality no matter which option you choose. The difference lies in the hair type, construction, and length availability:
• Affordable Range (Virgin Hair, Single-Drawn | Up to 24 inches): Made with Grade 12A virgin hair only. This range has a natural look, with strands that are slightly varied in thickness from root to tip. It is perfect for customers who prefer a lighter, more everyday finish at a more accessible price point. The Affordable Range is available in lengths up to 24 inches.
• Premium Range (Virgin or Raw Hair, Double-Drawn | Up to 40 inches): This range offers the fullest and most luxurious experience. The hair is double-drawn for consistent thickness from root to tip and is available in both Virgin and Raw hair options. Raw hair is the most premium choice, known for its strength, longevity, and ability to last 5+ years with proper care. The Premium Range is also available in extra-long lengths up to 40 inches.
Both ranges are designed to last for years with the right care — the choice comes down to whether you prefer the natural, lighter finish of single-drawn virgin hair or the denser, longer-lasting luxury of double-drawn virgin or raw hair, with extended length options.
